December 6, 2022: Robbinsville, NC 28771

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Robbinsville Black Knights (Robbinsville, NC) and the visiting Highlands Highlanders (Highlands, NC), saw Robbinsville's basketball squad wallop Highlands by a tally of 61-27.

With the victory, Robbinsville improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Black Knights host North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC) to play the Black Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Black Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. North Buncombe won 74-62 in their recent non-league challenge against Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Highlands will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 64-37 non-league win over Hiwassee Dam (Murphy, NC).
