Illinois High School Basketball - Milford overwhelms Armstrong
December 9, 2022: Armstrong, IL 61812 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) and the host Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL), saw Milford's basketball squad wallop Armstrong by a tally of 76-45.
With the victory, Milford improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL) to confront the Buffaloes in a Vermilion Valley challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Buffaloes come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Georgetown-Ridge Farm won 63-41 in their recent league challenge against Cissna Park (Cissna Park, IL)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) in a Vermilion Valley challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Armstrong will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 46-36 league win over Hoopeston (Hoopeston, IL).
