February 2, 2024: Westbrook, CT 06498 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Westbrook Knights (Westbrook, CT) and the visiting Old Saybrook Rams (Old Saybrook, CT), saw Westbrook's basketball squad knock off Old Saybrook by a tally of 82-62.
With the victory, Westbrook improves its record to 2-12 on the campaign. The Knights host Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT) to play the Wildcats in a Shoreline challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Old Lyme lost 70-63 in their recent league challenge against East Hampton (East Hampton, CT)
Next up, the Rams play the Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils (Durham, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Old Saybrook will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 63-53 league win over Portland (Portland, CT).
