New York High School Basketball - Panama can't hold off Sherman
February 6, 2023: Sherman, NY 14781 The Sherman Wildcats basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Panama Panthers to 45 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brocton for a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - II West contest on Monday, February 13.
The Panthers (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Brocton (Brocton, NY). The Bulldogs come into the Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - II West contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Brocton was nudged by Franklinville (Franklinville, NY), 64-51, in a non-league contest.
