North Carolina High School Basketball - Rocky River knocked off by Butler

February 6, 2024: Mint Hill, NC 28217

The Butler Bulldogs basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Rocky River Ravens to 53 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charlotte Catholic for a 4A Southwestern contest on Friday, February 9. Butler will battle a Cougars team coming off a 69-18 league win over Garinger (Charlotte, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 15-7.

The Ravens (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Providence (Charlotte, NC). The Panthers enter the 4A Southwestern contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Providence was defeated by Independence (Charlotte, NC), 61-40, in a league contest.
