Texas High School Basketball - Garden City trounces Bronte
February 7, 2023: Bronte, TX 76933 The Garden City Bearkats (Garden City, TX) basketball crushed the host Bronte Longhorns (Bronte, TX), 61-40 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bearkats (19-6) will now prepare for their test against Robert Lee (Robert Lee, TX). The Steers go into the 1A Region II District 11 test with a 12-17 record. In their last test, Robert Lee walloped Blackwell (Blackwell, TX), 50-32, in a league test.
The Longhorns now own a 16-9 record. They play next when they travel to Veribest for a 1A Region II District 11 test on Friday, February 10.
