Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Ridgeview Wolfpack (Clintwood, VA) and the host Union Bears (Appalachia, VA), saw Ridgeview's basketball squad hold off Union by a tally of 42-40.

With the victory, Ridgeview improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Abingdon (Abingdon, VA) to confront the Falcons in a Mountain challenge on Friday, February 10. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 4-17.
