The Dripping Springs Tigers routed the host Lake Travis Cavaliers softball squad by a count of 10-3 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Tigers (21-4) will now prepare for their battle against Del Valle (Del Valle, TX). The Cardinals go into the 6A Region IV District 26 battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Del Valle nudged Anderson (Austin, TX), 6-1, in a league battle.

The Cavaliers now possess a 10-13 record. They play next when they travel to Austin for a 6A Region IV District 26 bout on Tuesday, March 21. Lake Travis will confront a Maroons squad coming off a 11-1 league win over Akins (Austin, TX). The Maroons record now stands at 5-7.
