In Tuesday's non-league test, the Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL) softball squad overwhelmed the host Central Bears (Brooksville, FL), by a count of 20-0.

Next, the Leopards meet the Pasco Pirates (Dade City, FL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 5. Hernando will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Pirates come into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 11-0 league win over Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL).

With the loss, Central moves to 2-3 on the season. The Bears travel to Springstead (Spring Hill, FL) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, March 6.
