Illinois High School Softball - Zion-Benton can't hold off Lake Zurich
April 14, 2023: Lake Zurich, IL 60047 The Zion-Benton Zee-Bees softball team (Zion, IL), was tipped 4-3 in Friday's league test with the host Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL)
Coming up next, the Bears encounter the Carmel Corsairs (Mundelein, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 15. Lake Zurich will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Corsairs come into the test with a 8-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Fremd (Palatine, IL).
The Zee-Bees (3-3) will now prepare for their test against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians come into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, New Trier was tipped by Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 12-3, in a league test.
