In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Ripley Vikings baseball team scored a close 6-0 victory over the Hoover Huskies.

The Vikings (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Sissonville (Charleston, WV). The Indians enter the non-league game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, Sissonville held off Nicholas County (Summersville, WV), 9-6, in a non-league game.

Next, the Huskies face the Robert C. Byrd Eagles (Clarksburg, WV) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 18. Hoover will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 8-3 record after their 18-8 non-league win over South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV).
