Georgia High School Softball - Bryan County held off by Metter
August 12, 2025: Metter, GA 30439 The Metter Tigers got by the visiting Bryan County Redskins softball squad by a count of 8-7 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Tigers now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Emanuel County Institute for a 1A D-II Region 3 outing on Thursday, August 14.
With the loss, Bryan County moves to 3-3 on the season. The Redskins travel to Screven County (Sylvania, GA) to encounter the Gamecocks in a 1A D-II Region 3 outing on Thursday, August 14. The Gamecocks go into the test with a record of 3-1. Screven County won 16-4 in their recent league test against Jenkins County (Millen, GA)
