North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwest Cabarrus can't get by West Rowan

The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans basketball squad (Concord, NC), was nudged 83-77 in Tuesday's league battle with the host West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC)

With the victory, West Rowan advances its record to 6-13 on the year. The Falcons travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to meet the Knights in a 3A South Piedmont battle on Wednesday, February 5. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 6-11. Lake Norman Charter lost 79-69 in their recent league battle against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC)

The Trojans now own a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robinson for a 3A South Piedmont battle on Friday, February 7. Northwest Cabarrus will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 78-54 league win over Concord (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-3.
