North Carolina High School Basketball - West Rowan fells East Rowan

January 8, 2025: Salisbury, NC 28146

The West Rowan Falcons basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host East Rowan Mustangs to 45 in the Falcons league triumph on Wednesday.

The Falcons now have a 3-9 record. They play next when they host North Rowan for a non-league game on Monday, January 13. West Rowan will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 75-69 non-league loss to North Stanly (New London, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, East Rowan falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Robinson (Concord, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a 3A South Piedmont game on Tuesday, January 14. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 13-2. Robinson won 79-70 in their recent league game against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
