The West Rowan Falcons basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host East Rowan Mustangs to 65 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now have a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Cabarrus for a 3A South Piedmont game on Friday, January 3. West Rowan will confront a Trojans team coming off a 57-44 non-league loss to Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, East Rowan falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to confront the Raiders in a 3A South Piedmont game on Friday, January 3.
