Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 53-28 in a league contest.

The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders go into the 3A South Piedmont contest with a 0-5 record.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont contest, on Tuesday, December 10. East Rowan will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 64-56 league win over Carson (China Grove, NC).
