The Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) basketball felled the visiting Delano Tigers (Delano, CA), 40-28 in Thursday's league test.

The Wildcats (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Kennedy (Delano, CA). The Thunderbirds go into the South Sequoia test with a 8-11 record. In their last test, Kennedy was beaten by Chavez (Delano, CA), 56-47, in a league test.
