With the victory, George Wythe upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Maroons host Galax (Galax, VA) to play the Maroon Tide in a Mountain Empire challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Maroon Tide come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Galax lost 52-39 in their recent league challenge against Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA) in a Mountain Empire challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Auburn will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
