Washington, DC High School Basketball - McKinley Tech holds off Dunbar
January 15, 2025: Washington, DC 20001 The McKinley Tech Trainers basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Dunbar Crimson Tide to 52 in the Trainers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Trainers now have a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering for a game on Wednesday, January 22. McKinley Tech will confront a Panthers team coming off a 68-55 non-league loss to Capital City Public Charter School (Washington, DC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-11.
With the loss, Dunbar falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Crimson tide host Roosevelt (Washington, DC) to confront the Roughriders in a DCSAA AA game on Friday, January 17. The Roughriders go into the game with a record of 13-6. Roosevelt won 73-52 in their recent league game against Eastern (Washington, DC)
