In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Hickory Hawks basketball team scored a big 66-41 triumph over the Great Bridge Wildcats.

The Hawks (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Southeastern contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Lakeland was trounced by First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA), 81-75, in a non-league contest.
