With the win, Biglerville advances its record to 17-1 on the campaign.
In their next game, the Squires battle the Covenant Christian Academy (Harrisburg, PA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, October 17. Delone Catholic will attempt to advance on its 4-9 season record. The go into the outing with a 4-9 record after their 7-0 league loss to New Covenant Christian (Lebanon, PA).
Game Summary
Biglerville Canners came out strong tonight on their senior night and defeated the Squires 9-2. It was very rainy and cold for all and tough conditions to catch a slippery well shot ball for sure. The defense had some mistakes that let things get out of hand. On offense, Michael Carter #10 assisted both goals. In the second half, Nolan Kruse #9 scored first for the Squires followed a few minutes later by Aaron Ocampo #19.
