The Northside Christian Academy Knights basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Gaston Day Spartans to 49 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metrolina Christian Academy for a NCISAA Metrolina contest on Tuesday, December 5. Northside Christian Academy will battle a Warriors team coming off a 74-30 league loss to Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-4.

The Spartans (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC). The Lions enter the NCISAA Metrolina contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Hickory Grove Christian was routed by Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC), 85-60, in a league contest.
