Washington, DC High School Basketball - Banneker overwhelms Bard

The Banneker Bulldogs basketball team scored 80 points and limited the visiting Bard Falcons to 50 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cardozo for a DCSAA A game on Friday, December 20. Banneker will confront a Clerks team coming off a 81-79 league win over Roosevelt (Washington, DC). The Clerks record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Bard falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Woodson (Washington, DC) to confront the Warriors in a DCSAA AA game on Friday, December 20. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 1-3. Woodson won 72-26 in their recent league game against Bell (Washington, DC)
