The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Roosevelt Roughriders (Washington, DC) and the visiting Bard Falcons (Washington, DC), observed Roosevelt's basketball team overwhelm Bard by a score of 63-20.

The Roughriders (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardozo (Washington, DC). The Clerks come into the DCSAA A challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Cardozo trounced McKinley Tech (Washington, DC), 63-36, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Banneker Bulldogs (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A challenge, on Wednesday, December 18. Bard will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 68-25 league win over Bell (Washington, DC).
