In Tuesday's league test, the Melrose Buffaloes (Melrose, NM) basketball squad trounced the host Dora Coyotes (Dora, NM), by a score of 61-38.

Next, the Buffaloes encounter the Gateway Christian Warriors (Roswell, NM) in a A District 4 test, on Thursday, February 13. Melrose will attempt to improve on its 18-3 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 11-7 record after their 53-32 league win over Floyd (Floyd, NM).
