In Tuesday's league outing, the Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA), by a margin of 77-47.

The Flames (13-8) will now prepare for their outing against New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA). The Gryphons go into the VISAA Division IV outing with a 17-6 record. In their last outing, New Covenant smashed Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA), 52-32, in a non-league outing.

The Caissons now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Stuart Hall for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 9. Fishburne Military will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 62-44 league win over Massanutten Military Academy (Woodstock, VA). The Dragons record now stands at 5-6.
