Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the South San Antonio Bobcats (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Southwest Dragons (San Antonio, TX), saw South San Antonio's basketball squad hold off Southwest by a tally of 59-57.

With the victory, South San Antonio improves its record to 19-12 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to McCollum (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Cowboys in a 5A Region IV District 28 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a record of 13-15. McCollum won 51-45 in their recent league challenge against Southside (San Antonio, TX)

Next up, the Dragons confront the Harlandale Indians (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 28 challenge, on Friday, February 10. Southwest will attempt to improve on its 13-14 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 18-11 record after their 57-52 league win over Winn (Eagle Pass, TX).
