Nebraska High School Basketball - McCool Junction crushes Exeter-Milligan

February 7, 2023: McCool Junction, NE 68401

McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves (Exeter, NE), 65-31 in a league bout.

With the win, McCool Junction upgrades its record to 19-2 on the season. The Mustangs host High Plains (Polk, NE) to clash with the Storm in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 9. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 10-9. High Plains lost 33-26 in their recent league bout against Osceola (Osceola, NE)

Next up, the Timberwolves clash with the Cross County Cougars (Stromsburg, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Exeter-Milligan will attempt to upgrade on its 4-17 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 18-4 record after their 54-14 non-league win over East Butler (Brainard, NE).
