The Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX) softball routed the visiting Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX), 11-1 in Friday's league outing.

The Matadors now sport a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Valle for a 5A Region I District 2 outing on Tuesday, March 25. Parkland will encounter a Conquistadores team coming off a 21-0 league win over Horizon (El Paso, TX). The Conquistadores record now stands at 14-9.

With the loss, Hanks moves to 13-7 on the season. The Knights host Del Valle (El Paso, TX) to encounter the Conquistadores in a 5A Region I District 2 outing on Friday, March 28. The Conquistadores come into the outing with a record of 14-9.
