The Hanks Knights softball squad (El Paso, TX), was routed 11-4 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX)

With the triumph, Parkland improves its record to 17-12 on the year. The Matadors host Del Valle (El Paso, TX) to face the Conquistadores in a 5A Region I District 2 contest on Friday, April 11. The Conquistadores enter the contest with a record of 19-10. Del Valle won 20-3 in their recent league contest against Horizon (El Paso, TX)

The Knights now hold a 15-11 record. They play next when they travel to Del Valle for a 5A Region I District 2 contest on Saturday, April 12. Hanks will face a Conquistadores squad coming off a 20-3 league win over Horizon (El Paso, TX). The Conquistadores record now stands at 19-10.
