The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), observed Americas's softball team prevail over Parkland by a tally of 12-0.

The Trail Blazers (14-13) will now prepare for their bout against Hanks (El Paso, TX). The Knights go into the 5A Region I District 2 bout with a 13-9 record. In their last bout, Hanks was routed by El Dorado (El Paso, TX), 16-8, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Matadors clash with the Bel Air Highlanders (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Parkland will attempt to advance on its 14-12 season record. The Highlanders go into the bout with a 5-20 record after their 14-11 league win over Horizon (El Paso, TX).
