In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Monroe Central Golden Bears volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Union City Indians.

The Golden Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN). The Owls come into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Muncie Burris beat Blue River Valley (Mt. Summit, IN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
