Indiana High School Volleyball - Winchester Community over Monroe Central

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Winchester Community Golden Falcons (Winchester, IN) and the host Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN), observed Winchester Community's volleyball team top Monroe Central by a count of 3-0.

The Golden Falcons (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN). The Tigers enter the Tri-Eastern contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Hagerstown was knocked off by Wapahani (Selma, IN), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Golden Bears battle the Alexandria-Monroe Tigers (Alexandria, IN) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 10. Monroe Central will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Tigers go into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Frankton (Frankton, IN).

In the JV Match, the Lady Falcons beat the Lady Bears in two with the following scores: 25-13, 25-7.
