With the victory, Reed-Custer improves its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Manteno (Manteno, IL) to play the Panthers in a Illinois Central 8 challenge on Friday, January 20. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-12. Manteno lost 56-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Clifton Central (Clifton, IL)
Next up, the Tigers play the Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL) in a Illinois Central 8 challenge, on Friday, January 20. Herscher will attempt to improve on its 2-17 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 65-59 league win over Streator (Streator, IL).
