In Monday's non-league contest, the host Concord Spiders basketball team scored a good 74-61 win over the Lake Norman Charter Knights.

The Spiders (17-8) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 15-9 record. In their last contest, Northwest Cabarrus defeated West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC), 66-42, in a non-league contest.
