The Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), 79-69 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 11-10 record. They play next when they host West Rowan for a 3A South Piedmont bout on Friday, February 7. Central Cabarrus will play a Falcons team coming off a 74-69 league win over Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 7-13.

With the loss, Lake Norman Charter falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Knights host West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC) to play the Falcons in a 3A South Piedmont bout on Wednesday, February 5.
