In Tuesday's league test, the Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC), by a score of 99-68.

Next, the Cardinals encounter the Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores test, on Friday, January 17. Corvian Community will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Pride come into the test with a 12-3 record after their 72-34 league win over Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC).
