The Akron Tigers topped the host Wilson Lakemen basketball team by a final score of 45-36 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Newfane Panthers (Newfane, NY) in a Section 6 Niagara - Orleans game, on Thursday, January 19. Akron will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 74-46 league win over Albion (Albion, NY).
