The Akron Tigers basketball team (Akron, NY), was nudged 62-57 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Barker Raiders (Barker, NY)

The Raiders now possess a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Medina for a Section 6 Niagara - Orleans battle on Tuesday, February 7. Barker will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 62-57 non-league win over Christian Central Academy (Williamsville, NY). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-12.
