In Friday's league match, the visiting North Henderson Knights basketball team scored a good 75-64 triumph over the Smoky Mountain Mustangs.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC) in a 3A Conference 54 match, on Tuesday, January 24. North Henderson will attempt to better on its 12-8 season record. The Mountaineers enter the match with a 2-16 record after their 80-32 league loss to Franklin (Franklin, NC).
