The Dunbar Crimson Tide (Washington, DC) basketball nipped the visiting Ballou Knights (Washington, DC), 77-72 in Monday's league test.

The Crimson Tide (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Banneker (Washington, DC). The Bulldogs go into the DCSAA A test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Banneker was tipped by Coolidge (Washington, DC), 59-42, in a league test.

The Knights now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern for a DCSAA A test on Wednesday, January 11. Ballou will encounter a Ramblers squad coming off a 58-57 league win over Anacostia (Washington, DC). The Ramblers record now stands at 5-10.
