The San Simon Longhorns nipped the visiting Patagonia Lobos basketball team by a margin of 49-46 in Monday's league game.

The Longhorns now have a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Lourdes Catholic for a 1A South game on Wednesday, December 3. San Simon will confront a Warriors team coming off a 68-31 league loss to St. David (St. David, AZ). The Warriors record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Patagonia falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Lobos travel to St. David (St. David, AZ) to confront the Tigers in a 1A South game on Wednesday, December 10. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 6-1.
