Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Apollo Ridge ripped by Valley
December 15, 2023: Spring Church, PA 15686 The Valley Vikings basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Apollo Ridge Vikings to 24 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greensburg Salem for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21.
The Vikings (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The Bulldogs enter the WPIAL 3A 3 contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Shady Side Academy was routed by Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA), 46-41, in a league contest.
