Dunbar Crimson Tide (Washington, DC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bell Griffins (Washington, DC), 68-62 in a league bout.

With the win, Dunbar upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Crimson Tide travel to Cardozo (Washington, DC) to clash with the Clerks in a DCSAA A bout on Friday, January 20. The Clerks go into the bout with a record of 3-8. Cardozo lost 89-82 in their recent league bout against Coolidge (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Griffins clash with the Eastern Ramblers (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A bout, on Friday, January 20. Bell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Ramblers go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 64-52 league win over Banneker (Washington, DC).
