Iowa High School Baseball - Winterset defeats A-D-M
June 26, 2024: Adel, IA 50003 The Winterset Huskies baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host A-D-M Tigers to 5 in the Huskies league win on Wednesday.
The Huskies now own a 11-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gilbert for a Raccoon River test on Thursday, June 27. Winterset will play a Tigers team coming off a 7-6 league win over Ballard (Huxley, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-16.
With the defeat, A-D-M drops to 12-12 on the year. The Tigers travel to Carlisle (Carlisle, IA) to play the Wildcats in a Raccoon River test on Thursday, June 27. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 8-16. Carlisle lost 6-4 in their recent non-league test against North Polk (Alleman, IA)
