North Carolina High School Basketball - West Charlotte knocked off by Hough

The Hough Huskies basketball team scored 53 points and held the host West Charlotte Lions to 42 in the Huskies league triumph on Tuesday.

The Huskies now sport a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mallard Creek for a 3A/4A Queen City contest on Friday, February 9. Hough will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 77-61 league win over Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 8-13.

The Lions (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Rams enter the 3A/4A Queen City contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Harding University ran past Berry (Charlotte, NC), 66-58, in a non-league contest.
