The West Rowan Falcons basketball squad (Mt. Ulla, NC), lost 72-55 in Friday's league battle with the host Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC)

With the victory, Central Cabarrus advances its record to 12-10 on the year. The Vikings host Robinson (Concord, NC) to meet the Bulldogs in a 3A South Piedmont battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 19-3. Robinson won 68-66 in their recent league battle against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC)

The Falcons now own a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Rowan for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. West Rowan will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 70-42 league loss to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-19.
